INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp yuzu pepper
STEPS
Slice the onion thinly.
Poke several holes in the chicken thigh using a fork.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the chicken, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the marinated chicken, cover, and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken, cover again, and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry on medium heat until softened.
Plate the onion, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and garnish with chopped green onion.
