    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • Enough vegetable oil for frying
  • Herb Breadcrumbs

    • 20g breadcrumbs
    • 2 sprigs chopped parsley
    • đź§€ 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • Basil Mayo

    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1/2 tsp basil paste
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt

STEPS

Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, and grated cheese in a tray to make herb breadcrumbs.

Coat baby corns with flour, then beaten egg, and finally the herb breadcrumbs.
