INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 120g sashimi-grade yellowtail
- 80g chrysanthemum greens
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 black olives
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Separate chrysanthemum greens into leaves and stems. Slice stems thinly at an angle and cut leaves into 3cm pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and slice black olives into four pieces.
Slice the yellowtail into 5mm thick pieces using a diagonal slicing technique.
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, grated ginger, and black pepper in a bowl to prepare the dressing.
Arrange the yellowtail slices in a radial pattern on a plate. Place chrysanthemum greens, cherry tomatoes, and black olives in the center. Drizzle the dressing over the dish.
