  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls warm rice
  • Meat

    • 🥩 150g sliced beef
  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 egg yolks
  • Vegetables

    • đź§… 1/2 onion
    • 125g grated nagaimo (5cm)
    • đź§… Chopped green onion as needed
  • Oil

    • 2 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 2 tsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • đź’§ 50ml water

Cut the onion into 6 wedges and grate the nagaimo.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add beef and cook until the color changes. Add onion and stir until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and mix well. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with the cooked beef and onion mixture, grated nagaimo, and egg yolk. Garnish with chopped green onion.
