  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • đź’§ 250ml water

STEPS

Peel and seed the winter melon, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain the canned tuna.

In a pot, combine winter melon, tuna, corn, and all seasoning ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Add soy sauce to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes on low heat.
