    • 2 tbsp dried wakame
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp white miso

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then squeeze out excess moisture. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the sauce ingredients (mirin, sugar, vinegar, white miso) in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 30 seconds without covering. Let it cool to room temperature.

Arrange the wakame and octopus on a plate, then drizzle the sweet vinegar miso sauce over them.
