INGREDIENTS
Seaweed
- 30g of salted wakame
Vegetable
- 100g of peeled nagaimo
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/3 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 2 tsp of sesame oil
STEPS
Wash the salted wakame under running water, then soak it in plenty of water for about 5 minutes to remove the salt. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the nagaimo and place it in a plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to gently crush it.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (white sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil). Add the wakame and nagaimo, then toss to combine.
