    • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    • Gelatin powder 5g
    • Water 50ml (for soaking gelatin)

Sprinkle gelatin powder over water and let it soak for 5 minutes.

In a pot, add heavy cream, milk, and sugar, and heat over low heat while stirring to dissolve the sugar.

Just before boiling, turn off the heat, add soaked gelatin, and stir well until fully dissolved.

Add the vanilla essence and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into molds, let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 4 hours or more until set.

Remove the panna cotta from the molds, place it on a plate, and garnish with fruits or sauce.
