Chop the green onion and cabbage into small pieces. Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, add 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

Once the sauce starts boiling, add the prepared vegetables and fish cake.
