INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna (100g)
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and cubed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 300ml water
Thickening Mixture
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- 4 tbsp water
STEPS
Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.
Place the potato cubes in a bowl with enough water to cover them and microwave for 2–3 minutes.
Add tuna, potatoes, onion, and all seasoning ingredients to a pan.
Pour in 300ml of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, add the thickening mixture (potato starch and water) and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of rice.
