INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 6cm (180g) daikon radish
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Tuna Miso
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the daikon radish into 4 equal pieces and score a crisscross pattern on each piece. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the tuna miso (canned tuna, sugar, miso, and grated ginger).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the daikon pieces and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown.
Plate the daikon pieces, top with the tuna miso mixture, and garnish with chopped green onion.
