INGREDIENTS
Udon
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Chicken
- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 100g grated daikon radish
- 1 myoga ginger
- đź§… 3 green onions
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
Batter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Sauce
- 40cc concentrated noodle sauce
- đź’§ 120cc water
- 🍋 2 slices lemon
STEPS
Mix the noodle sauce ingredients in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Slice the myoga and green onions thinly. Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt. Mix flour and water in a bowl, then coat the chicken pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 180°C and fry the chicken pieces for 4 minutes, turning occasionally.
Boil udon noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, and drain.
Arrange udon noodles, fried chicken, grated daikon, myoga, green onions, and grated ginger in a bowl. Pour the chilled sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
