INGREDIENTS

- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 1 red bell pepper
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Cut the red bell pepper into chunks after removing the stem and seeds.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and grated garlic, and cook until the meat changes color.
Add the potatoes and cook until they become translucent. Add the red bell pepper and sauté briefly. Add the seasonings (canned tomatoes, sake, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, and water), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
