INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 250g firm tofu
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Soaking Sauce
- 50cc concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 100cc water
- Pinch of sliced chili
STEPS
Cut off the stems of the bell peppers, halve them, and remove the seeds.
Cut the tofu into 6 equal pieces, wrap in kitchen paper, and let sit for 15 minutes. Coat with potato starch.
Mix the soaking sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan, add the bell peppers, and cook until both sides are browned. Remove and soak in the sauce while hot.
Heat the remaining 2 tbsp of salad oil in the frying pan, add the tofu, and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Arrange the tofu and bell peppers on a plate and pour the soaking sauce over them.
