INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 100g ground pork
- 200g thick fried tofu
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the green onion lengthwise and slice thinly.
In a bowl, mix all the ☆ seasonings together.
Pat the thick fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into 2cm slices.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, place the tofu slices, and cook over medium heat until golden on all sides. Transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add ground pork and green onion. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add the ☆ seasoning mixture and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Place the cooked tofu on a serving plate, top with the meat miso mixture, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
