INGREDIENTS
Main
- 30g vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 bunch chrysanthemum greens
- 100g ground chicken
- đź§… 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salad oil
Soup Base
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 500ml water
STEPS
Cut chrysanthemum greens into 4cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground chicken and onion, and sauté until the chicken changes color.
Add all soup base ingredients and bring to a boil.
Skim off any foam, cut vermicelli noodles in half, and add them to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chrysanthemum greens and cook until tender.
