INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Vegetables
- 10cm grated daikon
- chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water. Mix the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced pork and cook, flipping occasionally, until browned.
Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan and stir to coat the pork. Cook until the pork is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Plate the cooked pork, top with grated daikon and chopped green onion, and drizzle with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
