INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack (200g) shirataki noodles
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced diagonally
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Boil shirataki noodles in water for 3 minutes, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut pork belly into 3cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add shirataki noodles, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add green onion and mix briefly. Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until the green onion softens.
