- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the onion into 8 wedges by slicing it in half and then cutting each half into quarters.
Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the onion and stir briefly, then cover and steam on low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, garlic) and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute until the liquid evaporates and the dish becomes glossy.
