- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1 bag mizuna, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Optional Garnish

STEPS
Julienne the ginger and cut mizuna into 3cm pieces after removing the roots.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.
Add ginger, sake, and yakiniku sauce to the pan and stir-fry together. Then add mizuna and season with salt and pepper, continuing to stir-fry.
