- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Sansho powder to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and chicken, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar) and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle sansho powder and give it a quick stir before serving.
