INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 100g chrysanthemum greens
Liquid

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Trim chrysanthemum leaves and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice stems diagonally.
In a bowl, mix beef with sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso, and oyster sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Add soaked rice and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Flatten the rice evenly, then layer marinated beef and chrysanthemum stems on top. Cook as usual.
Once cooked, add chrysanthemum leaves, close the lid, and let steam for 2 minutes. Mix gently to combine.
