INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 white gourd
Spices
- A pinch of chili powder
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the white gourd in half, remove seeds, and cut into 1cm thick slices.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the white gourd and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil) and stir-fry to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chili powder.
