- 1 piece thick fried tofu
- 1 bunch chives
- 1/2 stalk green onion

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the chives into 3 cm lengths and slice the green onion diagonally.
Cut the thick fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add the tofu and cook both sides over medium heat.
Push the tofu to the side, add the chives and green onion, and stir-fry until softened. Add sake and the prepared sauce, then mix well.
