INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 1 squid (200g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Vegetables

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Clean the squid by removing the innards and cartilage. Cut the tentacles below the eyes, remove the beak and suckers, and wash thoroughly. Slice the body into 2cm rings and cut the tentacles into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, and ginger) and mix well.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
