- 🦑 200g cleaned squid, sliced into rings

- 3 green peppers, chopped

STEPS
Pat the squid dry and slice into 1cm rings.
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add squid and stir-fry quickly until color changes.
Add green peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add sake, butter, and soy sauce, and stir-fry briefly to combine flavors.
