STEPS
Remove the strings from the celery and separate the leaves from the stalk. Slice the stalk diagonally into 7mm pieces and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and celery stalks, stir-frying until the squid changes color. Add the celery leaves and stir briefly, then add the seasonings and mix well.
