- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach

- 100g ground pork

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp sake

- 1 tsp oyster sauce

STEPS
Cut spinach into 4cm pieces and mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add garlic and chili, then stir-fry ground pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add sake, sugar, oyster sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, adjust seasoning, and serve.
