INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (160g)
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Condiments
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add ground pork and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the chives and stir briefly.
Add the miso sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
