INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g pork mince
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes (400g)
- 100g komatsuna (1/2 bunch)
- đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the komatsuna into 4cm pieces after removing the roots. Mince the garlic roughly.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add pork mince and cook over medium heat, pressing occasionally with a spatula until crumbly and browned.
Add komatsuna and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasonings and mix well. Finally, add the tomatoes and stir-fry briefly to combine.
