INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 scallion, minced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and mince the scallion.
Cut pork belly into 4cm wide strips and season with salt and pepper.
Mix minced scallion with garlic, sake, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the scallion salt sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the scallion salt sauce to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the scallion softens.
Turn off the heat, add lettuce, and mix lightly.
