Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain and microwave the potatoes in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 5 minutes at 600W.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes and pork belly, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.

Add mayonnaise, yuzu pepper, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top and serve.
