INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (200g) spring cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork.
Cut the spring cabbage into 3cm squares.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium-low heat until the color changes.
Add the spring cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the sauce and mix well.
