INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 180g pork loin (for ginger pork)
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
Other
- 1 konjac block (100g, pre-boiled)
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/3 tsp sansho powder
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu (3x)
STEPS
Cut the pork loin, bell peppers, and konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle the pork with a pinch of salt and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until browned.
Add the konjac and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Mix sake, mentuyu, and sansho powder, then pour into the pan. Stir well to coat evenly.
