- 1/2 bag seri

Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Trim the roots of the seri and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the pork, sake, and kimchi together.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the pork mixture and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seri and soy sauce, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
