INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 80g fresh kelp, sliced
Oil and Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 100ml water
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced pork and cook until browned.
Add carrot, ginger, and kelp to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Mix mirin, soy sauce, chili, and water in a bowl, then pour into the pan.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and ingredients are well-coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
