INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 green peppers (60g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
STEPS
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, mustard) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the color changes. Add green peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry to combine.
