INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 5 garlic shoots
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Cut the garlic shoots into 4cm pieces and julienne the ginger.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil and ginger in a frying pan until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the color changes.
Add garlic shoots and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry for about 1 minute until well combined.
