    • 🐖 150g sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
    • 🍅 1 tomato
  • Oil and Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

STEPS

Remove the strings from the celery. Slice the stalk diagonally into 1cm pieces and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces after removing the stem.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add the celery stalks and the ☆ seasonings. Stir-fry until the celery becomes tender.

Add the tomato, celery leaves, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
