INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 120g seasoned bamboo shoots
Oil and Spices
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Chili oil to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Drain the seasoned bamboo shoots to remove excess liquid.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, white sesame seeds). Stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve on a plate. Optionally, drizzle chili oil on top.
