- 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1 head (200g) bok choy
Seasoning
- 1 pack (5g) bonito flakes
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Slice the octopus thinly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the bok choy.

Once slightly softened, add the octopus and ginger. Stir-fry together, then add soy sauce and bonito flakes. Mix well.
