INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/8 head napa cabbage
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- To taste white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp garlic paste
STEPS
Cut napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of shimeji mushrooms, separating them by hand.
Slice pork into 3cm wide strips and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sesame miso sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add shimeji mushrooms and napa cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the sesame miso sauce and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
