INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), cut into wedges
- 14 green beans, trimmed and sliced
Seafood
- 1 cod roe (25g), extracted

- 🧈 20g salted butter

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Trim the green beans and slice them diagonally into thirds. Cut the potatoes into wedges and slice them into 5mm thick pieces.
Make a slit in the cod roe and extract the contents using a knife.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the green beans and potatoes, stirring until coated with butter. Cover the pan and steam for about 2 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the cod roe and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to combine evenly.
