- 4–5 sheets flat fish cake
- 4–5 frank sausages

Seasonings
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare the flat fish cakes and frank sausages.
Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped green onion and minced garlic.
Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes on high heat.
Add the cut fish cakes and sausages, then mix well. Add oyster sauce and other seasonings.
Cook for 4–5 minutes while stirring until the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
