INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), chopped
Seafood
- 🦑 100g frozen squid, sliced
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
- A pinch of salt and pepper

- 1/2 tbsp sake

- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and remove the stem. Place the cucumber in a bowl, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry.
Score the squid with a crisscross pattern on one side and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cucumber and squid, stir-frying until the squid becomes tender.
Add sake, soy sauce, grated garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix quickly to adjust the flavor.
