INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 600g cabbage, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seafood
- 🦑 150g frozen squid, thawed
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Chop the cabbage into 2cm-wide pieces. Slice the bell pepper into 1cm-wide strips after removing seeds. Thinly slice the garlic. Thaw the squid.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add cabbage and squid, then stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add sake, salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder. Mix well, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and stir-fry briefly to combine. Serve hot.
