INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 2 slices bacon

- 🥬 160g cabbage, chopped

- 🧈 10g salted butter
Condiments
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 4g bonito flakes
STEPS
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.
Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add bacon and stir-fry briefly. Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add sake and soy sauce, and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Turn off the heat and mix in bonito flakes evenly.
