INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🥢 2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly. Julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ginger and bell peppers, stir-frying until softened.
Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir until the ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
