INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g snow peas
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
Meat
- 150g sliced beef
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas, then cut them diagonally in half. Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the potatoes, and stir-fry until they become translucent.
Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper) and stir to combine. Add the snow peas and stir-fry briefly.
