- 1 pack fish cake
- 3 sticks imitation crab
- 1 pack bean sprouts
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS
Cut the fish cake into thin strips and do the same for the imitation crab sticks.
Blanch the fish cake in boiling water briefly to remove excess oil and improve the taste.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the washed bean sprouts.
Once the bean sprouts soften slightly, add the fish cake, imitation crab, and the seasoning. Stir-fry briefly.
Serve the stir-fried bean sprouts and fish cake warm.
